Since I am in Seoul at the moment, this Gamasutra article about the state of piracy in Korea was really quite timely. Although anyone who knows how prevalent the practice is won't find the article extremely informative, I think the personal anecdotes from the writer are enlightening. Even better are the comments below the article. I've never been a fan of DRM, but I'm extremely anti-piracy. The game design students who comment about how everything should be free provide the typically cavalier (and boneheaded) arguments that set my blood to boil.
